When I returned home from Disney, I was sent a website that you could use to shop at Disney world from home. What is this website?

    Hi Karen,

There are two possible websites you may be thinking of.

The first is DisneyStore.com. Disney Store online now carries many items which had previously only been available for in-park purchase. This includes everything from classic mouse ears to exclusive apparel. On the Disney Store home page, click on Disney Parks Products

In the past, Disney had advertised something called the Disney Resort Collection. This included items that were found in Disney hotel rooms, not in stores, but in the rooms themselves - things like sheets, lamps, etc. The website for this was DisneyResortCollection.com. However, that link now redirects to the main DisneyStore.com website and only has links to resort logo bathrobes and H2O brand bath products.

If you're looking for something not found through these resources, try contacting the Disney merchandise department. They can be reached at 407-363-6200 or wdw.mail.order@disneyworld.com. The merchandise folks can track down almost any item sold in the parks and arrange for it to be sent to your home.

Please let us know if you have additional questions. We're happy to help.
