    Just returned home from an amazing WDW vacation, and was reviewing my photo pass photos online. However, the pictures we had taken at the entrance of HS are not showing up in my account. Is there anything I can do to try and retrieve them? So sad! Thx

    Hi Alyssa,

    I am sorry that your pictures are not showing up. 

    I would reach out to the team at Disney's PhotoPass and see what they can do. I would provide them with the date, time and location you were at Hollywood Studios and see if they can find the pictures.

    Sometimes the photos do not come out. Disney does its best to capture your photo memories but things sometimes happen.
