Hello, we just returned from our Disney World trip and the casing of the droid my son built at the Droid Depot cracked on our way home. Is it possible to get a replacement part?

Bright Suns, Chantell! I'm so glad you received my transmission and followed it back here to planDisney. Thank the maker!

It sounds like you've just returned from a galaxy far, far away and have made it back to your home planet. Unfortunately, it sounds like the droid friend that your son built at Droid Depot has experienced some injuries on its journey. It's clear that his droid has been fighting for the light side of the Force and may have been compromised by the First Order. But fear not! Obi-Wan Kenobi isn't your only hope! There are a few steps we can take to ensure that your droid is battle-ready once more.

Chantell, I would recommend that you reach out to one of the Cast Members at Merchandise Guest Services. (Don't worry, they're all part of the Resistance!) First, you can try calling Merchandise Guest Services at (407) 939-4251. If you decide to call, I'd suggest calling right when phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST since their type of assistance can sometimes be in high demand. Alternately, you can also email them at merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com. This would be my preference! My tip would be to provide as much information as you can, including pictures to help show the damage. This will allow them to assist you quickly and efficiently.

I hope that this solution is helpful to you, your son, and especially his droid. Please thank the droid for fighting so bravely - it is because of Resistance fighters like him that we can restore balance in the Force! By the way, was your son able to try the blue or green milk from the Milk Stand during his visit to Batuu in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge? I would love to know which one he preferred. This is a debate that has divided the citizens of Batuu for years and we need one more vote to break the tie.

May the Force be with you!
