I have a feeling that mischievous Stitch is up to his old tricks again when it comes to your
Disney PhotoPass photos. Before I have you reach out to a Cast Member by phone though, let’s make sure you are in the right location first. Open up your
My Disney Experience Mobile App and click “My Photos” on the main screen to view your Disney PhotoPass Gallery. Find the picture you want to purchase and click on it. The option to purchase unlimited downloads of that photo should pop up. You can also purchase individual photos online via the
Disney PhotoPass webpage in the same manner (by clicking on a specific photo) when you are signed into your
My Disney Experience account. If you do not see the option to purchase individual photos, then you will need to call (407) 560-4300 to get assistance from the helpful Cast Members on the Disney PhotoPass support team. Remember, your
Disney PhotoPass pictures expire 45 days from the date they were taken, so don’t wait too long to get things sorted out.
