Oh boy! I'm so excited to hear that you're making plans to visit
Walt Disney World Resort. You're sure to make magical memories that will last a lifetime! But before we can get you standing in front of
Cinderella Castle, let's talk about how to make changes and pay the balance of your vacation package.
Amanda, you'll want to first log into your account online. Hover your mouse over the
My Disney Experience tab and click
My Plans. Scroll down past "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" until you see your Disney Resorts Collection hotel. Here, you should be able to see a link to Make a Payment. You should be able to see a button on the right that says "Change Reservation." Click this button to modify your travel dates, Disney Resorts Collection hotel, number of Guests in your travel party, and other items (subject to availability).
If you don't see a link to make a payment, feel free to
call a Cast Member at (407) 939-7675. They'll be happy to help you make a payment towards your vacation! Remember, the final balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. And don't forget to make your theme park reservations using the
Disney Park Pass system! This is an important step to reserve the parks you'd like to visit on each day of your trip.
