Can I return one park pass from my group?

Hello there, Cindi! Greetings from all of us here at planDisney! We are so excited that you decided to stop by and ask us a wonderful Walt Disney World Resort vacation question!

Walt Disney World Resort is once again open and inviting children, both in age and of heart, back to the world of magic! As more and more experiences open up for Guests, there has been a phenomenal focus on the safety of all Guests. Due to this, come things mat be a bit different than the last time you visited. Some of these changes include enhanced cleaning and housekeeping procedures, physical distancing efforts, and reduced contact. I can say from personal experience all of these modifications truly help you feel at ease during your vacation and safe to experience all there is to enjoy at Walt Disney World Resort!

In addition to the previously described changes, Guests will also find that park reservations are needed prior to visiting any of the four theme parks. These reservations may be made via the Disney Park Pass reservation system. This quick and easy system allows Guests to choose which theme park they would like to visit on a specific day and manage their plans for the duration of their trip.

If you would like to modify any of your Disney Park Passes, this may be down either through your My Disney Experience account on a web browser or through the My Disney Experience app on your smartphone. Once you are logged in, you will need to navigate to your existing Disney Park Passes. From there, simply click the “Cancel” button and you will be given the option to remove certain Guests from your reservation.

If you haven’t already done so, I highly recommend you download the My Disney Experience app prior to the beginning of your stay! This incredibly useful app allows you to control many different aspects of your vacation ranging from Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering to unlocking the door of your Disney Resort hotel room.

Cindi, I hope you have a practically perfect visit to Walt Disney World Resort next month! Please let us know if we can assist with planning any other portion of your stay!
