Hi Jennifer, and welcome to planDisney! We’re so happy you found us and sent your question. I rented a car from the Car Care Center just last month and loved the convenience, so I’ve got you covered on this one!
The Car Center at the Walt Disney World Resort is located close to the Transportation and Ticket Center. There is also a Speedway gas station next door in case you need to fill up before you drop off your rental car. Their complimentary shuttle service is available to pick you up or drop you off from Disney resort hotels. The shuttles are large enough to accommodate your baggage, so you won't need to drop anything off at the hotel before returning the car. I do recommend that you call the day before to schedule your shuttle service to ensure one is available at the time you need it. You can call the Car Care Center directly at (407) 824-3470 to set it up.
While you’re visiting Walt Disney World, there are lots of complimentary
transportation options throughout the resort that can get you just about anywhere you want to go. If you ever need something more direct or just want to ride in style, you can schedule a
Minnie Van via the Lyft app. I love Minnie Vans because they’re not only fun and comfortable, but they’re also driven by friendly Disney Cast Members!
