Is there any way to retrieve photos from a visit in march once they expire.

    Dear Cherylyn,

Thank you for visiting us with your question about Disney's PhotoPass Service. It's our pleasure to give you guidance!

Disney's photos captured by their super talented team of professional photographers in the Walt Disney World Resort are hosted for a while. My answer is that it doesn't hurt to ask. I have contacted this Department in the past and asked to have the expiration date on my photos extended or to have my already expired shots reactivated, and I have to say the friendly Cast Members in the Photo Pass Department were very accommodating and helpful. I recommend you contact them as soon as you can by calling (407) 560-4300. I am sure they will everything in their power to help you.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you, Cherylyn! If you need more help, please come visit us again. We look forward to seeing you again on the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Sending you lots of pixie dust,
    ~Desiree

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
