Hi. Do the restrooms in the parks have the toilet seats with the extra seat inside the lid that you can pull down, for little bottoms? We are potty training and don't want to be restricted to babycare centres when nature calls. Thx

Hi, Immy! Thank you so much for stopping by with this question. Unfortunately, the "thrones" in Walt Disney World Resort theme parks and Resort hotels are not equipped with smaller seats for princes and princesses. When our tiny princess was potty training, I purchased a collapsible seat to use during our holiday. You can easily find these in baby supply stores or online - just do a search for "folding potty seat" and several should come up for you. At the time that I purchased one, there were just a few themed ones; we, of course, had the Disney Princess-themed seat. Now, you should be able to find a great assortment of themed ones that hopefully your little one will find worthy of gracing his or her throne!

Immy, I would like to mention to you something that helped us tremendously. Our little princess was so scared of the loud sound automatic flush toilets made. The majority of facilities at the Resort are equipped with an automatic flush sensor, so this made potty training very difficult! I learned to carry masking tape in the bag I brought into the parks each day. I simply covered the sensor at the back of the toilet with the tape before she hopped on and pretended to wave my magic wand. Worked like a charm! Just remember to remove the tape before you leave for the next visitor.

I hope this information helps keep your little one on track to potty success during your visit. Please stop by if you have any other questions for us. We would be happy to flush out a great answer for you (I had to go there!).
