    I will be on a very restricted diet when we visit Disney World in June. Will I be able to bring small amounts of food into the parks as long as I have a doctor's note? If not, is fresh fruit available in all theme parks? Thank you!

    Hi Shelly!
    Disney is very accommodating when it comes to guests with dietary restrictions.  They offer soy milk, fresh fruit and will adjust any meals to your specific diet.  They have also allowed guests to bring food into the parks.  You are able to bring any food that doesn't require reheating into the parks. You may not bring glass containers, hard sided, wheeled or large coolers into the parks.  Also you may not bring straws of any kind into Animal Kingdom.  Keep in mind not to bring food that is easily perishable (cold cuts/cheese/milk...etc) as it may be difficult to keep them cool.  Take a look at the FAQ's on Disney Dining at Walt Disney World. 
    Should you wish to dine at the Walt Disney World restaurants, they are able to adjust the meal to accommodate you.  You will need to alert your server that you have specific requests and they will make sure to note it for you.  The Special Dietary Requests page on the Walt Disney World website goes into depth about this, so make sure to click the link above.
