    This is a very good question!

    Your best bet on getting this question answered is to reach out to the cast members at Special Diets. This fabulous group of cast members knows everything about ingredients in the food at Disney World. Their job is to help guests with allergy needs feel more comfortable about dining. However, they can easily answer this question for you.
