Do your restaurants have a waiting list for people who may cancel their reservation or just don't show up? Can you get a last minute table for a restaurant without a reservation?

Hi, Diana!  There isn't a waiting list kept, so once the restaurant has filled all open reservation slots, they will no longer take additional reservations as "back up".  But, there are sometimes chances to walk up to the podium at a restaurant and find that a table is available, or that they've had cancellations through the evening, and they will offer you a table for whatever spot they may have had a cancellation for.

We've had hit or miss luck with walking up.  Some restaurants just seem to always be busy, and I think because it's hard to get a dining reservation at some locations, people without reservations head there anyway to see if they can get in.  Other locations, not only have we called and gotten a last minute reservation, but we've been able to walk up and find a table available.

If you want to do a walk up, try to go early - like right as they open for dinner.  I think that's going to be the best way to luck into a cancellation.  You might also find that as people are slow to make their way to the restaurant after a busy theme park day, you may find an early table available.  This might also work for later evening reservations.  I know for my family, we've had to cancel late evening reservations at the last minute because little ones were just too tired for a sit down meal.

Good luck with your dinner plans!
