Do any of the restaurants or shops in the parks stay open a litle longer when the park officially closes?

    Hi Brian!
Although the Disney parks do state an intended closing time, you are more than welcome to visit the stores and shop. Most stores do stay open up to one hour post closing time. Disney does take into account the amount of guests who stay to watch the fireworks shows and who are "window shopping" while strolling to the exits, and they make sure to keep the stores open so all guests can experience them.
Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation! -Malanie

Meet the Panelist: Malanie, New York

Hi there! The Disney Parks have been a part of my life since I was a little girl. Introducing my children, husband, and family to all the magic that Walt Disney World can offer has led to countless moments with Mickey and Friends, Disney Vacation Club membership and fun on the high seas with Disney Cruise Lines! Our vacations are usually centered around a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, and I am super excited to help you plan and create magical moments for you and your families!
