Are there any restaurants in a resort or in the park that have chefs with "omelets" that are "made to order?" i love THIS KIND OF SPECIAL TREATMENT. Add a great cup of coffee and IT'S MAGICAL just like DISNEY itself!

    Hi Catherine,

There are several restaurants at Walt Disney World with made to omelets at breakfast time. My favorite spot for this is the Crystal Palace at the Magic Kingdom. Along with their full buffets, you can get eggs, omelets, and pancakes made to order.

Other spots with made-to-order breakfast foods include 1900 Park Fare in the Grand Floridian, the House of Blues Gospel Brunch at Downtown Disney, and Fresh Mediterranean Market at the Dolphin. Additionally, at most table service restaurants that offer eggs or omelets, you can ask them to customize your food for you. For example, at the Wave at the Contemporary, they have ham and cheese omelets on the menu, but my husband prefers tomato and mushroom omelets. He just asks, and they make it for him.

You might want to check out a post I wrote for DisneyFoodBlog.com called "Learning Opportunities for the Budding Chef." You can see a photo of the Crystal Palace omelets there, as well as see other places at WDW where you can have personal interaction with chefs.

    Happy eating!
