Are there any restaurants in the parks that you don't need to use a park pass to get into for dinner?

You do need a park admission ticket to dine at any of the restaurants that are actually in the parks. The one sort-of exception to this is Animal Kingdom location of the Rainforest Cafe. The RC is half in the park and half out of it. You can enter the restaurant right next to the park entrance with no admission ticket to dine there. However, if you actually want to go into the Animal Kingdom park, you'll have to use a regular park admission ticket at a turnstile that is through the restaurant.

Other than that, you need to use a ticket to eat in the parks.
