Sharon,
Thanks for your question to planDisney!
Disney has never stated at what capacity their restaurants are operating, so it is hard to know for sure. The bigger story is how they continue to reopen restaurants. A couple of my family's favorite signature dining venues, the
Flying Fish over at
Disney's BoardWalk, and
Jiko - The Cooking Place at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge are now reopening. More restaurants are also returning to their traditional service formats, like the return of buffet service to
Cape May Cafe at
Disney's Beach Club Resort.
For now there are still a few restaurants that have not reopened, and a few that are still serving in modified fashions so as to ensure optimal safety. But the number of unopened restaurants are fewer every day, and I think you will find plenty of good options in any park and at any resort area. Also, while I cannot speak definitively to what percentage capacity that open restaurants are filling their tables, I did feel both safe with regards to table space, but also comfortable with the atmosphere being as festive as one would hope.
Write me back if I can help with some specific restaurant recommendations.
Have a Magical Vacation!Doug
