Hi, Bill! I guarantee that if you took a peek in my pantry, you'd find at least 10 of those blue and yellow boxes sitting neatly on a shelf! Thank goodness for that warehouse club membership!
I'm pretty opinionated about my macaroni, and
Jiko's four cheese version at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is my favorite. Even though it's no longer on the menu, I still request it, and I've even hunted down the recipe online!
The closest I've ever come to Kraft Macaroni & Cheese is at the
Liberty Tree Tavern at Magic Kingdom Park. It comes out as a side as part of the family style Patriot's Platter, which also includes Roasted Turkey Breast, Pot Roast, and Oven-roasted Pork with Mashed Potatoes and Stuffing. Thanksgiving goodness on a plate! I know the mac and cheese served here used to be Stouffer's brand, but menus are subject to change.
Although you wouldn't be able to bring your own food to a Table Service restaurant, you are welcome to use the microwaves at the Walt Disney World Resort hotel food courts. I saw someone doing this recently when I dined at the
Contempo Café at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Many of the resorts that have
Disney Vacation Club Villas will have a small sundries shop with grocery items, and I have seen Kraft Easy Mac Macaroni & Cheese, microwavable cups here many times. There are also microwave ovens in the
Baby Care Centers at all four theme parks, but if memory serves me correctly, they are reserved for warming formula and baby food- it doesn't hurt to ask when you get there though.
I hope this gives you some food for thought, Bill!
