Hi Daniel! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
A great
benefit to staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel is that you can relax and leave the driving to someone else. While the
transportation options might sound confusing at first, once you arrive you will see it is actually quite simple to get around. Most destinations can be reached by bus. Simply head out to your resort's bus stop and board the bus that is marked with your destination. There is no set schedule; buses run approximately every 20 minutes from 45 minutes prior to park opening to two hours after park close. You can check the estimated bus arrival time on monitors in the loading area, or on the
My Disney Experience mobile app.
Monorail and boat service is available for certain destinations as well. If you would like to choose a resort with specific transportation options, you can check the
list of resorts to see which options are available.
Transportation by bus, boat, and monorail are complimentary for all guests. You may also be interested in
Minnie Van service which is available for a fee.
Daniel, if you would like to let us know which resort you are planning for your stay, or if you would like more specific advice on how to reach a particular destination, please write back and we will be happy to help!
