    I have 2 resort/ticket reservations. One is linked to my Disney app, but I can't find how to add the second reservation. I followed instructions given to others with the same question, but those same options are not available.

    Hi Christine!

    Welcome to planDisney! 

    You should be able to link your second resort reservation to your My Disney Experience account online or by using the My Disney Experience app. 

    To do so on Disney World’s website, click the My Disney Experience button, then scroll down to click Resort Hotel, followed by Link a Reservation. Follow the prompts to link your stay to your account. If you don’t know your confirmation number, you will see a number to call on the “Link a Resort Reservation” page. A Cast Member will be happy to help you get it all sorted out!

    If you would rather try to link your reservation via the My Disney Experience app, click the 3 lines in the bottom right corner, then scroll down to click Link to Account. From there, you’ll have a few options for linking your confirmation number. I personally like to click Type ID at the top of the page, then follow the prompts from there. 

    It’s good to note that once you have multiple reservations linked, it will default to showing you the first reservation. To see your future reservation, check out the My Plans section online or on your My Disney Experience app. As you go through the My Plans section, you’ll be able to see the check-in date for both reservations, as well as other plans (such as dining reservations or Enchanting Extras) once you get around to booking those. 

    If you’ve tried those options for linking and you’re still having trouble, I recommend calling the Tickets and Hotel Reservations phone line for further assistance.
