Robert, welcome to planDisney! The announcement of the dining plan returning to Walt Disney World Resort has made so many guests happy (including me!). I love the value of the dining plan, and the peace of mind of knowing all my meals are paid for in advance.
The 2024
Quick-Service dining plan entitles guests to 2 quick-service (an entree and one non-alcoholic beverage) per night, one snack or one non-alcoholic drink per night, and one resort-refillable mug. At this time, desserts are not included in the quick-service meal, however, you can use a snack credit for delicious treats throughout Walt Disney World. Restaurants and food kiosks will have a purple and white square with a "D" and "P" to let the guest know it accepts the dining plan credits. Guests 21 and older can order an alcoholic beverage (such as beer, wine, and specialty cocktails) where offered. You can use your snack credit for this as well. Credits can be used anytime throughout your visit.
Robert, to keep up with all the latest delicious offerings at Walt Disney World, check out the
Disney Eats: Foodie Guides found on the Disney Parks Blog. Here, you will find the latest seasonal offerings, and they come in handy during festival times! Your visit will coincide with the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, which will be the perfect place to use all of those snack credits. Speaking of festivals, Walt Disney World also offers
Eat to the Beat dining packages, where you can dine at a select restaurant at EPCOT and enjoy a fun concert with a guaranteed seat later on. Check back on the Disney Parks Blog for the latest announcements. Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Robert!
The Magic Awaits!
