Donna from ON Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Are all resorts at full capacity? I have been trying to view value resorts for January/February but there is next to no availability. For a slow time I find this unusual. We have never had trouble this time of year in the past.

    Hey there, Donna!

It is so great to see you again! A few things have changed since you last stopped by with a question. I am sure you noticed our name change, but you will still get the same magical answers.

Donna, Walt Disney World Resort does not generally release specific capacity information. That being said, I believe that the reason you are encountering availability issues for a value resort is a different issue altogether.

You see, Donna, Walt Disney World Resort is still in its phased reopening. At this time, no opening date has been announced for Disney's All-Star Sports Resort. So any guests wishing to book a value resort have one less choice than normal. Additionally, guests who have already been booked at Disney's All-Star Sport's Resort must now be moved to another resort.

Donna, my best advice to you would be to keep trying and stay flexible. Depending on what Special Offers are available for your dates, you may find that a moderate resort is not much more than a value resort would have been.

I hope that this answered your question, Donna!

    See you real soon!
