    what other resort/dining is within walking distance to the all sports resort? Or is there transportation to other nearby resorts for other dining options?

    The only resorts that would be within walking distance to the All Star Sports Resort would be the All Star Movies and All Star Sports resorts. The only dining options available at any of these hotels would be the food court. The offerings at these three places are quite similar.

    There is, however, plentiful free transportation to the rest of WDW, which opens up hundreds of dining options. There are direct buses from the All Star hotels to each of the theme parks and Downtown Disney. From there, you can transfer to the other resorts. So if, for example, you were dining at Chef Mickey's in the Contemporary hotel, you would take the bus from All Star Sports to the Magic Kingdom, and then transfer to the monorail to get to the Contemporary.

    If you want lots of dining options with just the one bus ride, I suggest going to Downtown Disney. There are a multitude of restaurants there ranging from snacks and sandwiches, to upscale dining, to elaborately themed venues such as the new T-Rex Cafe (opening soon).
