Hi, Wendy! Unfortunately, there isn't currently a way to use those mugs that you have from your previous trip. Guests can't bring their mugs back on return visits to use again. New mugs must be purchased for each stay. You are correct that they are purchased by the day, and a “day” is considered one calendar day, not a 24-hour period. So, if you arrive at 11:00 P.M. and activate your mug, your first day will end at midnight that night. Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
