    Resort table service

    Hello there, Edmund!

Welcome to planDisney!  It sounds like you are doing some meal planning for your magical vacation next month.  Well, let me invite you to relax and pull up a chair, as I proudly present...your dining options!

What I love about dining at Walt Disney World Resort is there is truly something for every palate.  I have had some of the best meals at the resort table service restaurants, let me share my favorites with you!

We should start with breakfast.  My favorite breakfast, based solely on the actual food, is at Ale and Compass Restaurant at Disney's Yacht Club Resort.  I am a huge fan of Eggs Benedict and these are some of the best I've had!  Although, the Salted Caramel-Apple French Toast is beyond heavenly.  My husband and I each order one of these and then share both.  Topolino's Terrace at Disney's Riviera Resort is another great place for foodies to start their day.  You can dig into a Sour Cream Waffle all while visiting with Mickey Mouse and his pals, as this is a character dining experience for breakfast!

There are so many great options for lunch and dinner!  If you are looking for something more exotic and wild, Sanaa at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas is a fun dining adventure.  I also love having the opportunity to visit this unique resort and view the animals.  For a more classic, relaxed, American-style fare, Beaches and Cream Soda Shop at Disney's Beach Club Resort is an option.  They have some great plant-based meals here, as well as a good old-fashioned burger.  Finish it off with the mother of all sundaes, a Kitchen Sink!

If you are looking for fine dining, the California Grill is my go-to for a family "date night."  We like to get dressed up and have a nice dinner at least once during each vacation, and when we are at The Most Magical Place on Earth, this often includes a night at this restaurant.  I love the atmosphere, and the views of Magic Kingdom are unmatched.

During your visit, you also have an incredible amount of dining options at Disney SpringsChef Art Smith's Homecomin' has become a family favorite.  Make sure to save room for the Hummingbird Cake!  No matter where you decide to sit down to fill up, you will not be disappointed.  Before you arrive, just be sure to take a peek at Disney's dining updates and make your reservations in advance.

Edmund, lift your glass, you've won your own free pass to be our guest at planDisney if you have any additional questions before you arrive!

I hope to see ya again real soon!  Angie
