Our resort room has a kitchen. Where can we purchase groceries?

    Hi Jane!

I absolutely love to have a Walt Disney World (WDW) resort room that has a kitchen so I can make my own meals. Luckily you have several options for buying groceries near Walt Disney World.

If you would like groceries delivered directly to your resort, you can order groceries from Garden Grocer. Visit Garden Grocer dot com and order all of your groceries online, and then arranged to have them delivered to your Walt Disney World resort. You can even arrange to have your groceries delivered before you arrive and the resort will keep your groceries cool in a refrigeration section. When you check in, you can arrange to have them brought to your room.

If you rent a car, you can visit many local grocery stores in the area. I personally love to shop at the local Wal Mart because they have everything from non-food essentials to grocery staples.

Many of the Walt Disney World resorts also have a great selection of grocery items. At Saratoga Springs Resort, I was blown away by the selection of frozen foods, including pizza and veggies, cereals, canned foods and snacks. All of the WDW resorts that have a kitchen will have a great selection of grocery items in their shop.

I hope you have a magical vacation!
