Hi there, Amanda!
Thanks so much for swimming on by the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
This is such a great question, and I completely understand the reservations that you have before you take the plunge and purchase your
Walt Disney World Resort tickets.
Amanda, I am here with some good news, while all Walt Disney World Resort tickets are
non-refundable, you have two options for your theme park tickets. First, you may be able to change the start date of your tickets. Second, if you do not know exactly when you will be coming back, you can also "freeze" your theme park tickets in your
My Disney Experience account for use at a later date.
For either option, you will need to call your friendly neighborhood Cast Member at (407) 939-1289, and please note that you may be subject to a difference in price between your original tickets and the cost of the ticket on the day you wish to visit.
If there are extenuating circumstances, policies may change; however, we have no information on potential alternative options at this time.
Amanda, I am sure you know about some of the recent updates to the Walt Disney World Resort experience, but you can also check out this super helpful
Need to Know guide before you make your
Disney Park Pass system reservations.
I hope that this helped, Amanda! Please come back here to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if we can help as you plan your trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth.
Just keep swimming!
Sarah B.
