    If I have a resort only reservation and I plan to check in online how do I pay the remainder of my trip off without going to the check in desk at the resort?

    Welcome to planDisney, Heather! I'm so happy to know you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort this September! Thanks for sending us your question.

    To make your payment, sign into your My Disney Experience account and hold your mouse over My Disney Experience in the top right corner of the page. Click on "My Plans" on the menu that appears and when this page loads, you will see your reservation information.

    You may see "Remaining Balance" with a "Make a Payment" link. If you see this link, you may click on the link and follow the prompts to make your payment. If you do not see an option for payment, you will need to call (407) 939-5277 to speak to a Cast Member, and they can help you make your payment over the phone.
