My first thought is that it sounds like that pesky Stitch is simply causing some difficulties. Any time I have trouble with Disney's website, I try refreshing the page or working in a different browser. Most of the time, that's all it takes. I'm wondering, too, was there one required field somewhere that was left blank? If you try both of those ideas and you're still having trouble, please don't hesitate to
