We have a resort day at Boulder Ridge that has dinner at the Hoop De Doo Revue. We were thinking about taking a walk to get there but are not sure as we saw the bicycles were not available because of construction. Can we walk trails to Fort Wilderness?

Hi, Andrew! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks so much for stopping by with your question. I recently toured the Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge and absolutely fell in love with this resort! It was quickly put at the top of my must-stay list, especially when we visit Walt Disney World Resort during the Christmas holidays.

Friends have always told me about the walking paths and bike trails around this resort that connect to Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. It sounds like an absolutely delightful walk, with turkey, deer, and other wildlife roaming about the trails. I am sorry to share with you that the trails are currently closed during the construction of Reflections: A Lakeside Disney Lodge. Complimentary Disney transportation is provided to guests who wish to travel between these resorts to enjoy activities and dining experiences. There will be buses provided during your stay, but I encourage you to use to the boats to get to Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. The Blue Flag boat route will take guests between the two resorts, as well as to Disney's Contemporary Resort throughout the day.

I hope you are ready for a rolickin' evening at Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue! The food is quite delicious, especially the barbecue ribs! We have always had a great time at this dinner show ... well, my husband has other words for it. He seems to get chosen often during the show (he has even been the pink ballerina at the end!). I will be sending you lots of wishes for an enjoyable evening filled with tons of hysterical memories with your family!
