Hi Greg!
Welcome to planDisney!
I am excited to see you planning a visit to the Walt Disney World® Resort and am especially happy to see that you are considering a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. I suggest that you just check availability for your party size. Go to the Walt Disney World homepage and click on
Places to Stay. Then enter your party size, ages of any children traveling with you, and dates of your visit. If there is any availability, it will appear.
I checked availability for two adults for a five night stay and found some availability. Be sure to double-check to make sure the system is not auto populating a
Special Offer. If so, unclick that Special Offer because there could be no availability for the Special Offer but there might be non-discounted rooms available. Also know that availability and pricing could change at any time.
As you plan, I also suggest making an
advanced dining reservation for a character meal or other special experiences. My family loves
California Grill and, when celebrating a special occasion, will make a reservation at a time that will allow us to see the
Happily Ever After fireworks show while dining. If you do not have an
Annual Pass or
theme park ticket, I also recommend purchasing. While my family loves resort days, we also love the theme parks. Keep in mind that if you stay at a Disney Resort hotel, you will get access to
Early Theme Park Entry for Disney Resort Hotel Guests and other select guests. And if you book at a deluxe, deluxe villa, or other select hotel you would also get access to
Extended Evening Theme Park Hours.
Greg, I hope this helps! I know time is of the essence. So, get that resort hotel booked, pack, and head to Disney. If you need additional help,
call to speak with a cast member. We cannot wait to welcome you!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
