    Want to make resie's for Sept 2013 at POP, bringing 4 grchildren. Hoping to add free dining plan when it becomes available. Will it end up costing more to add MYW package later, to include park tickets and dining? Shall I just wait for promotion? Thx!

    Hi Janet,

    The first thing to know is that there is absolutely no guarantee that free dining will be available next year. While historically Disney has offered free dining in September, there's always a possibility that this could change. 

    The other thing to consider is whether you can get a good room discount. Believe it or not, there are sometimes room discounts that offer more savings than if you paid full price for the room but had free dining. 

    All that being said, there's not really any disadvantage to making a room reservation now. You can always modify it later if an interesting offer comes along. Generally there are no financial disadvantages to doing this, but you'll want to thoroughly review the terms of your room agreement to make sure.
