Hey there, hi there, Hunter!
You’re as welcome as can be at planDisney. Thanks for stopping by with your question for us.
Prepare for all the nostalgia as you embark on your adventure at
Disney’s Pop Century Resort. From the larger-than-life Play-Doh canister in the 1960s area to the Mickey Mouse phone statue in the 70s section, there’s so much to explore!
Hunter, most of the
rooms at Disney’s Pop Century Resort have one Queen-size bed and a Murphy-style Queen-size pull-down bed. However, there are a few rooms with a King-size bed. To request a specific bed type, you can call
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations, and a friendly Cast Member will be happy to note it on your reservation. Please know this is not guaranteed; however, Cast Members do their best to meet requests.
We love the newly decorated rooms at Disney’s Pop Century Resort. The Murphy-style pull-down bed is genius, it is sort of disguised! At first, you’ll find a table in your room next to the bed. The table is attached to a paneled piece at the wall, and after putting the chairs away and pulling the panels above the table, it reveals itself to be a bed as you bring it down; and believe me when I say my younger Mouseketeers get a kick out of their “secret bed.”
My favorite part about staying at Disney’s Pop Century Resort is the
Disney Skyliner! I love being whisked away on an aerial gondola to
EPCOT and
Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
Wishing you an enchanting visit, Hunter!
