I just reserved tickets for the park today for February 2-5 and they're waiting at the booth apparently. What I need to is link those so I can make a park reservation

Hi there, Keith! Thanks for taking the time to send in your question to planDisney! We're happy to help.

It sounds like you you purchased your Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets using the Will Call option. When you arrive, you can pick up your tickets at any Guest Relations location, including Disney Springs, or any Disney Resort Lobby Concierge. Each park has a Guest Relations booth located near the park entrance. At Magic Kingdom Park, this booth is located to the right-hand side of all the entrance turnstiles when you approach the gate.

So let's work on getting those tickets linked to My Disney Experience. Under 'My Plans,' locate the Park Tickets button and hover your cursor over that button to reveal the Link Tickets button. Enter your Ticket ID number and then click Next. Your ID number will be on the email confirmation you received after purchasing the tickets. If you are still having trouble, call the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357 and speak with a Cast Member.

Next, you'll need to make a Disney Park Pass reservation for each Guest in your travel party, which you can do through the Walt Disney World website as long as your tickets are linked. Currently, February 2-5 are good to go on the Theme Park Availability Calendar, so I would do this in a jiffy!

Hopefully, this helps, Keith! If you need any more help, remember, you've got a friend in me!
