    I had reserved a royal guest room at PO Riverside. My sister changed it to a Fairway Villa room. Could you please tell me the difference? She will be using a scooter & the FV room will be on the first floor. Other than that? How long to MK from th

    Hi Juanita!  Disney's Port Orleans--Riverside is a beautiful resort complete with Southern charm and with the addition of the new Royal Guest Rooms, will definitely be the place to be.  As for your sister's reservation, it seems that the inclusion of the word Fairway Villa may be a typo on Disney's part.  There have been some instances where this has shown up on reservations, but it is in fact a first floor room.  My suggestion is to call Disney reservations at (407) 939-7429 to clarify your room status.  Travel time to Magic Kingdom from POR varies depending on time of day and mode of transportation.  On Disney bus system, always factor about 40 minutes of travel time.  If driving personal vehicle, 10 minutes.  Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation! -Malanie
