I reserved Hollywood Studios for Jan 2nd. I want to exchange it for either Dec 31st or Jan 1st.

Elizabeth, welcome to 2022! Thank you for visiting planDisney with your question! First of all, I sincerely apologize for not seeing your question sooner; I realize that this is a time-sensitive matter.

If you still need help (or for future reference), here's what to do. First, check if your desired date and theme park are still available by going to the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar. Above the calendar, you'll see three buttons: Theme Park Tickets (this is for Guests staying off property), Select Resort Hotels, and Annual Passes; choose the one that applies to you. If your date is green, you're good to go; yellow means some Parks are available, so make sure that Disney's Hollywood Studios has a green checkmark next to it. Next, log into your My Disney Experience account, and go to the 'My Plans' section. You will have to delete your Disney Park Pass Reservation that you made for today. Once that is complete, make your new Park Pass reservation for Disney's Hollywood Studios- you'll do this by going to the Disney Park Pass Reservation page

If you cannot secure a Park Pass for your desired Park, you can Park Hop to Disney's Hollywood Studios today as long as you have purchased the Park Hopper Option for your tickets. Park Hopper hours will start at 2 PM each day and end at the Park's scheduled close time (and you don't need to make a Park Pass Reservation to do this). On busy days, attendance capacity will be capped; if the Park Hopper option is unavailable at a theme park due to this reason, Guests will be notified in real-time via a push notification from their My Disney Experience app.

We just returned from Walt Disney World Resort a couple of days ago, and another suggestion I wanted to offer you is to use Mobile Ordering if you plan to eat at any Quick Service locations in the Parks during your trip. The holidays are busy, leading to long lines during peak meal times. I like to place my family's order through the My Disney Experience app several hours before we plan to eat. You'll hopefully see a few time windows to choose from, but don't wait until the last minute to do this. One of my favorite places for a fun Quick Service meal is Docking Bay 7 (try the Felucian Kefta and Hummus Garden Spread)!

Elizabeth, I wish you a fantastic New Year, and please come back and visit us at planDisney again!

    See ya' real soon!
