I reserved a date two days ago for the Disney resort in Hilton head and need to make a payment

    Hiya Alice!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney, where we love helping Guests like you plan the most magical Disney vacation possible. I am so glad you brought us your question about an upcoming stay at Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort. It would be my pleasure to provide you with an answer about making payments toward your reservation.

If you made your reservation for Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort online, you have already paid the deposit (equal to one night’s room price plus tax). Your remaining balance is due upon check-in at the resort. Your reservation at Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort is not confirmed until you have paid the deposit. If you would like to make a payment toward the remaining balance on your reservation, please call (407) 939-1936 to speak with a friendly Cast Member to assist you with your payment.

I hope you have an incredible vacation at Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort! If we can answer any more of your vacation questions, please stop back by planDisney.
