I have reserved a breakfast at Cinderella Castle and one at Akershus in Epcot. Was wondering if these 2 are really similar or are both worth doing?? Girls 5 and 12. Daughter really wants to meet Aurora and Pocahontas. Which one would you do or both??/

Hi Karen! Dining with royalty is one of my daughter's and my favorite activities at Walt Disney World! We've been to breakfast at both Cinderella's Royal Table and Akershus and they're both really fun experiences. Princess Aurora frequents both restaurants, so you'll have a good chance of meeting her at either of them. If your daughter is a huge princess fan, then you might feel it's worthwhile to have breakfast at both Cinderella's Royal Table and Akershus, but I tend to dine at only one or the other during a single vacation. At both restaurants multiple princesses will stop by your table to chat and sign autographs so the experience is fairly similar, although the food varies and they each have a different special princess activity during the meal. If attending both breakfasts fits in your schedule and your budget, and your daughter would love to see Aurora twice, then definitely keep both reservations.(Keep in mind however that the appearance of face characters like the princesses can vary at different locations, which my daughter found disconcerting when she was younger.)  If I had to choose only one, I personally prefer Cinderella's Royal Table because there's nothing more magical than dining inside Cinderella's Castle and we really enjoy the food there. However, Akershus has a charming atmosphere too and lots of unique and tasty items on the cold buffet, so if that reservation time fits your schedule better, you'll have a great experience there too.

I've never seen Pocahontas at a princess breakfast, so it's unlikely that you'll find her at one of them. She does, however, regularly greet guests at Animal Kingdom. Lately you'll find her at Camp Minnie Mickey, but check the Times Guide when you enter the park to confirm her location and schedule on the day you're visiting.

Wishing you and your princesses a magical vacation! Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! We're always happy to help!
