Hello, I’ve reserved a booking for a cruise from Sydney to NZ. Are we able to request a portacot for our room? I also noticed we are in the late dining option. Is there any way we can change this? Our 2yo is in bed by 7:30 and I’m worried we will miss out

    Ahoy there, Tara,

It is great to see you here at planDisney! You and your family are going to have a magical time a sea aboard the Disney Wonder. Some of my favorite rotational dining experiences of a Disney Cruise Line vacation are on the Disney Wonder. You will be mesmerized at Animator’s Palate, feel right at home at Tiana’s Place and you will enjoy all the thingamabobs at Triton’s!

To request a specific or different rotational dining option, you can enter your preference by logging in to My Reservations on the Disney Cruise Line website. Select the Cruise Details tab and then select Special Requests to indicate your request. You can also request a portacot, or a Pack ‘n Play crib, under the same tab under Special Requests. If you prefer, you may call and speak with a Cast Member, 7 days a week: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

While every effort will be made to honor your requests, both the Pack ‘n Play and dining rotation requests are subject to availability. Once on board the ship, remember to log into the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to confirm your dining rotation time. If for some reason your request was not accommodated prior to boarding, I encourage you to speak with a Crew Member at the Guest Services desk (Deck 3, Midship). The Crew Members will do their best to accommodate your request but know that requests are based on availability and thus there is no guarantee. I have found that if the request isn’t accommodated on the first evening, there may be an opportunity for a different rotational assignment on a subsequent evening since other Guests might have a change in plans. It is certainly worth asking!

I hope this information has been helpful, Tara. If you have other questions about your upcoming Disney Cruise Line vacation, sail back by and let us know!

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Shannon
