Can I reserve a stroller ahead of my visit?

Welcome to planDisney, Suzanne! You're just a few days away from a magical vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort, and I'm glad you stopped by with your question today! While my girls have outgrown their days of riding in strollers, I have so many memories of pushing them through the parks on our past visits, and I'm happy to help you navigate the world of Stroller Rentals!

Suzanne, you cannot reserve a stroller in advance unless you choose to use a third-party provider and have the stroller delivered directly to your Disney Resort hotel. If you choose to go this route, you can use any provider you'd like, but Disney does offer a partnership with a preferred provider, ScooterBug, which allows the company to deliver your stroller to Bell Services so you won't need to be there upon delivery. The benefit of renting a stroller this way is that you will be able to take the stroller in and out of the parks with you, so at the end of a long day, you can keep rolling!

If you prefer to rent a stroller daily from the theme parks directly, you'll visit the Stroller Rental station at each theme park to collect your stroller. You are able to rent daily, but you can also choose to rent for the length of your stay at a discounted daily rate; if you do this, on the first day, you will receive a receipt that you will show on subsequent days to collect your stroller!

Suzanne, a few extra tips to know about stroller rentals:
    • Strollers cannot be removed from the theme parks; if you plan to park hop, you will return your stroller at the first park you visit and then show your receipt at your second park to collect a new stroller.
    • Stroller parking is available near many attractions, but sometimes your stroller might be relocated while it is parked; guests often bring something to attach to their stroller to make it easier to find in the crowd of strollers!

Suzanne, I hope this helps and I hope you have a wonderful visit! If you have any other questions before your trip, come on back to planDisney and let us know!

    See you real soon,
    Alison
