Welcome to planDisney, Sandi! I am so glad you found us to ask your park pass reservation question for your trip to Walt Disney World later this month.
To make a park pass reservation on the
MyDisneyExperience mobile app, first open the app. From the home screen, select the plus in the middle of the bottom of the screen. This will bring up a menu, and one of the selections is “Make a Park Reservation”. Select this and then select either “Theme Park Tickets” or “Annual Passes”. I will assume here that you have a valid theme park ticket.
Once you select “Theme Park Tickets”, you will be directed to the MyDisneyExperience website. This will come up in your phone browser. You will need to sign into MyDisneyExperience. Here, you will choose your party from the people linked to your MyDisneyExperience and then select the blue “continue” button at the bottom. The next screen is “Select a Date”. For December 26, I was able to select either EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, or Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park for admission. Magic Kingdom appears to be booked for the whole week. There is a possibility that you could park hop to Magic Kingdom on any of those days.
To check if park hopping is available, return to the MyDisneyExperience mobile app home screen. Select the three lines in the lower right corner, then “Park Hours & Info” in the left column. Here you will see a calendar, and below it are each theme park with their hours for the day listed. “Park Hopper Availability” is listed under the hours and what hours that is available as well.
I hope this helps with planning your trip for later this month. Be sure to head to
Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa to see the amazing Gingerbread House in the lobby, I promise it is worth the trip over.
Have a great holiday visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth!
Happy Traveling,
Tracy
