How can I reserve more than one room ?

    Hi Lenard,

Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your question about making reservations at a Disney Resort Collection hotel.  As a mom of 4 kids plus one bonus kid that is a significant other to my oldest, I often book 3 rooms when our whole gang visits and can tell you it's a simple process.

First, to make everything go as smoothly as possible you should create a My Disney Experience account if you haven't done that already.  Next, be sure to create a Friends & Family List which will include all of the people in your travel group.  Now that you are logged into your My Disney Experience account, you are ready to book your Disney Resort Collection hotel rooms!  Find the Disney Resort Collection hotel that you want to stay at and then you will make a separate reservation for each room that you are booking.  Make sure to include the correct people on each reservation and do not duplicate any of your group into more than one room reservation.  With each reservation you will be able to add on theme park tickets and other options if you like.  Each reservation will have a reservation number, and if you make your reservations while you are logged into your My Disney Experience account, they should "AutoMagically" show up in your "Future Plans" section.  However, if they don't you can link your reservations manually by entering your reservation numbers into your account.  Here is a Linking Tool that allows you to link many different types of reservations that you may have into your My Disney Experience account.

Lenard, if you prefer to make reservations by phone you can also call the phone number listed in this linked page for Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and a friendly Cast Member will help you make your reservations.  After you have made your reservations, you should still create a My Disney Experience account and then link your reservation numbers to your account.

I hope this information helps you with your plans to visit Walt Disney World!  As you continue to make your vacation plans, please come back and visit us here at planDisney with any of your future questions.  We are always happy to help you plan your next Magical adventure!
