Hello Carla!
Welcome back to planDisney! I'm so excited that
Park Hopping is back at the
Walt Disney World Resort! It is a great way to experience more of your family favorites on your vacation.
Pilot the Millennium Falcon on Smuggler's Run in the morning, then conquer the mountains of the
Magic Kingdom in the evening. It's possible with the Park Hopper option!
You will need to make a
Disney Park Pass Reservation for the first park you intend to visit on a particular day. Popular days and parks can book up, especially during the Spring Break season, so I recommend making your reservations as soon as you have solidified your plans. After 2 PM, you can hop to another theme park. It is important to know, that the entrance to the second park is not guaranteed. If the park has reached its current capacity level, you may not be allowed to enter that second park. Even having a dining reservation does not guarantee entrance. As long as the parks are not full, you can hop to any park, and as many parks as you have time for. It would be tight given the time restraints, but you could even go for the four-parks-one-day goal.
I do see you are going during what could be a busier time due to Spring Break. While it is certainly allowed to hop to another park after 2 PM, then hop back to the original park, know that with limited hours and the potential for larger crowds, you might spend a lot of time in travel that might be better used enjoying a theme park. I would consider making my main meal of the day a
lunch reservation in the first park you intend to visit. This would mean you would have a Park Pass Reservation for that theme park so there would be no worries about capacity, and you wouldn't waste precious vacation time coming back for a second time during the day.
Whichever way you choose, I hope you have a hopping good time on your upcoming visit, Carla!
