    we have reservations for Wildreness Lodge at 5pm. How much time in advance to we have to get the shuttle bus in order to make it on time? And do we have to notify front desk everytime we need to shuttle somewhere?

    Hi Maria,

    I see from a previous question of yours that you're staying at the Contemporary resort. There are shuttle boats that run directly between the Contemporary and the Wilderness Lodge approximately every 20 minutes. Just go down to the dock and wait for the next one. For a 5:00 pm reservation at the WL, I would plan to be at the Contemporary dock by about 4:20. This will give you time to get to the resort, check in and hopefully explore for a few minutes before its time to eat.

    To get to other WDW destinations, you will need to take a bus. Like the shuttle boats, the shuttle buses run approximately every 20 minutes. There's no need to make arrangements for this.
