At this time, all Guests ages 3 and up must have a
Disney Park Pass reservation as well as valid
theme park admission in order to enter a theme park.
If you would like to change your Disney Park Pass reservations to a different theme park, you will need to cancel your original reservation and then make a new Disney Park Pass reservation. Be sure to
check the availability calendar before canceling your current Disney Park Pass reservation.
In the
My Disney Experience mobile app, select the menu in the lower right corner of the home screen, and then select "Future Plans". Select the Disney Park Pass you would like to cancel. You should then see a blue cancel button on the next screen. I am looking at my Disney Park Pass reservations in my account right now, and for whatever reason, my reservation is not showing me the option to cancel in the app -- although the cancel button does appear for a different Park Pass reservation I made for my family members. However, when I view my Disney Park Pass reservations in "My Plans" on the
My Disney Experience website and select "View Details" next to my park pass I do see the option to cancel. So if you are having trouble canceling using the My Disney Experience mobile app, perhaps try the website instead and see if that helps.
