Hi there, Ann,
Thanks for sailing by planDisney with your question. How exciting to have your
Onboard Activities Booking window opening soon! I'm sure you have a list of your favorite Port Adventures and Onboard Activities ready to go––good for you! So, let's get to your question.
First, make sure your cruise is paid in full before your booking window opens. Since your booking window opens at 12:01 a.m. (EST) September 29, you will want to be at your computer or have your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app open on the night of September 28. On the website, make your reservations under the Already Booked tab and navigate to
Book / Manage Cruise Activities. In the Navigator app, click on the My Plans tab to select the day you would like to schedule, and then select Add Activities.
Once everything is booked, your next big date to remember is your
Online Check-In date, which opens based on your
Castaway Club status. If this is your first Disney cruise, your check-in date opens 30 days before your sailing date. During your check-in, you will submit your travel identification documents and other details, plus you can select your Port Arrival Time.
Ann, you will be sailing away before you know it! We are happy to help if you have other questions, so sail by any time.
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
