    We have reservations for tomorrow at Epcot. Our AC has gone out in the RV and we cannot leave the dogs. We need to reschedule our date. Have long do we have to reschedule ?

    Hi AJ! Welcome to planDisney.

    Gawrsh! Sounds like Stitch was messing around with your equipment. Hakuna Matata. That means "No Worries" as you can change the dates of your Theme Park Tickets right from the My Disney Experience Mobile App up until midnight before the first day of your ticket. Grab your smartphone and let's get to work.

    Open the app, click on the three horizontal lines at the bottom right-hand corner, and select "Tickets and Passes." Locate your ticket and select "Change Ticket." Follow the prompts to select a new date to visit EPCOT. If you happen to choose a date with a higher ticket price, submit the difference in cost. I do suggest you immediately reserve your Disney Park Pass Reservation if needed for your new date. To do this, tap on the "+" sign located at the bottom center of the screen and select "Make or Modify Park Reservations." This will direct you to sign into your My Disney Experience Account. Follow the instructions. You are all set for a new date. 

    Also note, the value of an expired unused theme park ticket can be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket. So even if you miss the change deadline, you still have options. For further assistance, you can give the Existing Tickets Help Center a call.
