Hi Catherine, and welcome to planDisney! I just love the horse racing theme at
Saratoga Springs Resort, and being close to
Disney Springs means you’re right by all of the action—including so many amazing restaurants! So let’s make sure you’re all set with your dining reservations.
Disney Resort hotel guests get lots of great perks, and one of them is being able to make reservations for
dining and Enchanting Extras 60 days before check-in for your entire stay, up to 10 nights. If your check-in date is January 16th, you should have been able to book dining for your whole trip already, so let’s figure out what might be happening.
First, double-check that your Saratoga Springs Resort reservation is linked to your MyDisney account. That means it should appear on your
My Plans page with your profile as one of the guests. If you booked the reservation on the Disney World website, that should happen automatically. But if you made the reservation through
Disney Vacation Club or a third-party website, you’ll have to manually link it. To do that, go to the
reservation linking page, click on "Resort Reservation or Vacation Package," and enter your confirmation number and the last name of the lead guest on the booking. Through this process, it’ll also ask you to match guests on your Family & Friends List to the names on the reservation. Your profile needs to be connected to the booking in order for you to make dining reservations for your whole stay.
If you’re still unable to book for January 23rd and 24th (especially since those dates are more than 60 days out now), it’s possible that the restaurant isn’t available on those days yet. Sometimes an experience I wanted to book wasn’t open to reserve during the normal booking window, even though others were. In that case, I’d keep checking periodically to see if the dining you want becomes available later.
However, if your Disney Resort hotel reservation is linked correctly and you’re still not able to book dining for your entire stay, I’d recommend calling the
Tickets and Hotel Reservations phone number. A Cast Member would be happy to help troubleshoot.
And if there are any dining reservations that filled up before you could book, I’d recommend checking in the days leading up to your trip. I’ve had good luck snagging last-minute reservations just before and during my trip!
One last thing I wanted to mention. The
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts kicks off on January 16th, just in time for your vacation. My family loves eating our way around World Showcase, sampling all of the creative dishes at the Food Studios. And seeing the Disney on Broadway Concert Series is always a must-do for us. It’s my favorite EPCOT show! Be sure to check out Disney Parks Blog for more festival details closer to your trip. In the meantime, you can look at
this year’s Foodie Guide to start getting excited!
I hope you have a magical stay at Saratoga Springs Resort in January! And if you have any other questions, you’re always welcome back at planDisney.
