We have reservations for six people, what if one person can't make it? will we lose the booking?

Hi Claire-Louise, Thank you so much for visiting us with your wonderful question! It's great that you have started to plan your vacation and we are hEAR to help!

If your family makes a reservation at a restaurant but someone in your party decides to opt out, please call Dining (handy phone directory here) to inform a friendly Cast Member on the phone  If it happens unexpectedly, simply inform the Cast Member up front that someone in your party will not be showing up.

Remember that nobody accommodates dietary restrictions better than chefs at the Walt Disney World Resort. If someone in your party had dietary restrictions, simply request to speak to the chef to discuss your needs.

Claire-Louise, I am sure you will all be fine and should not worry about it. I wish you and your family a fabulous trip!

    See you real soon,
    ~Desiree

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
