We have reservations in September for the Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show in category 1. Is seating assigned on a first-come, first serve basis? Just wondering if it is a good idea to arrive early as possible.

    Hi Carol!

Disney's Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show is an incredible experience and one of my favorite dinner shows at the Walt Disney World Resort!  Not only is the food scrumptious, but the entertainment is also phenomenal!

The tables are set up so that no matter where you sit, you should still have a good view of the show!  Category 1 seating is the closest to center stage, so I am sure you will be pleased with your seat.  That being said, the tables are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis within each category.  It is recommended that you arrive at least 30 minutes early, but seating will probably not begin until closer to showtime.

Getting to any dining reservation early is always good advice, not only for getting good seats, but also to leave time for unexpected delays in travel.  Plus, you can always explore Disney's Polynesian Village Resort if you arrive too early.  The shops in Disney's Polynesian Village Resort are so much fun, and having time to explore the resort will really help you appreciate all of the incredible theming.  Plus, you can even see Cinderella Castle across the Seven Seas Lagoon!  Although I love them all, Disney's Polynesian Village Resort is definitely one of my favorite Walt Disney World Resort Hotels!

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
