Hi there, Costanza,
Welcome to planDisney! I'm happy to help as I know the feeling of refreshing a webpage over and over in hopes of securing a coveted Disney dining reservation. I've had my fair share of fails, but they've always led me to an alternative and equally enjoyable meal experience. Let's discuss!
I believe most
Disneyland Resort dining reservations are released at 6 a.m. PST at the 60-day mark. However, I've seen reservations not pop up until much later in the day, and have heard some of my fellow panelist share that they've lucked out and scored a spot as early as 3 a.m. PST. I recently answered a question for a
guest who wasn't able to view reservations a few days after the 60-day window, so sometimes reservations can be a bit of a moving target.
But not to worry, Costanza! Guest plans change all the time so you may see availability pop up for your desired dining location as your trip approaches. Keep checking while you're counting down to your magical vacation, and I'll keep my fingers crossed that you're able to secure your favorite experience. If not, many dining locations have a
Walk-Up List you can join once on-site.
Cafe Orleans, one of my personal favorites, is always worth checking to see if you can snag a walk-up table for a delicious Monte Cristo. My family loves eating out on the patio just as the lights begin to twinkle in New Orleans Square.
Lamplight Lounge at Disney California Adventure Park is another fantastic dining option with a Walk-Up List for the upstairs Boardwalk Dining. I highly recommend stopping in for a drink or a plate of Lobster Nachos- trust me don't miss them!
I hope this was helpful! Please stop back and see us again with more planning questions. We're always glad for you to be our guest.
Bon appétit,
Amy
